1. GROUNDING & LIGHT
(nervous-system regulation · body–heart integration)
A quiet, precise field to return to safety, breath and presence.
We work with breath and pace, movement, kinesiology, meditation, sounding and stretching.
We unwind recurrent patterns and install a truer rhythm so your system can self-organise again. The goal is to ground our energy, to find our verticality and to stay connected to our inner light.
Good for — anxiety/overwhelm, fragmentation, after-care post intense work, difficulty with boundaries (“no/yes”), relationship repair, creative fatigue.
What happens — stabilisation, inner space, practical self-regulation tools, clear boundaries, renewed contact with sensation.

2. SHAMANIC BODYWORK
(conscious holistic touch · sound as medicine · somatic divination & sung blessing)
A ritual of present touch and sound to nourish the body and the soul, and a deep cleanse of the energetic field.
- Holistic touch with oils and precise manual techniques guides the tissues back to coherence.
- Sound medicine — voice, gentle frame drum, chimes/bowls, humming/overtones — lets vibration reorganise the field while touch integrates.
- The Oracle of the Body — I listen with hands and voice along fascial/energetic lines; where the tissue holds, images and words arise. You receive clear messages and a short sung blessing for integration.
Good for — deep tiredness, the need for nourishment, psycho-physical reset, energetic re-balancing, tenderness after hard seasons, longing for guidance that comes through the body.
What happens — softening, re-calibration, an embodied message for your next step, and simple after-care to continue integrating.
Boundaries — non-clinical, non-sexual. Sacred, explicit consent at every step; clothing/towels arranged to your comfort.
