What it is

1. Energy Stewardship — nervous-system leadership, protection & purification, consented polarity, daily regulation protocol.
2. Emotional Alchemy — somatic mapping of core emotions, transmutation tools, repair & boundaries, devotion practices that keep the heart clean.
3. Soul-Mission Architecture — clarify North Star, shape your offering, name it, outline your project/launch arc, messaging, simple promo ecosystem (email/IG/ritual timing).

Structure

• 6–12 weeks (decided together)
• Weekly 75–90’ sessions (Zoom or Brussels)
• 1 monthly rite (120’) aligned with thresholds (beginning / commitment / release)
• Between-session support (brief voice notes/email), prep & integration notes

• Movement Seal (3 gestures + 1 word) as your anchor
